Srinagar, Jun 7: (GNS) A person died and two others were injured after a vehicle met with an accident in Champeri area near Prem Mandir Chenani on Srinagar-Jammu National Highway, Sunday morning.
Reports reaching GNS said that a Tata-407 Truck (JK-08 8572) skidded off the road after driver lost control over it and rolled down into a deep gorge.
In the incident, one of the three persons boarding the vehicle died on the spot while two others received injuries.
The injured duo was evacuated to Community Health Chenani for immediate treatment. However, both of them are said to be stable, when this report was filed. (GNS)
